KOH SAMUI – In a jeep crash on the Thai island of Koh Samui, six Dutch nationals were wounded. Four of them were airlifted to a hospital in Bangkok. On a steep mountain road, the driver probably lost control of the wheel. The car then crashed against the wall of a house. The crashed jeep was part of a safari tour, which is half jeep participated. Here too were six Dutch. The injuries range from abrasions to broken legs in the face. Two Dutch could be treated in local hospitals. Four others were treated in Bangkok. Passengers of the other jeep have provided assistance to their injured fellow travelers.
