    Hey Supersoulsearcher,
Go to the Yakkao website and you’ll see all of their sponsored fighters, the HUGE fights that they promote and 13 Coins is now a Yokkao gym…a couple fighters you may know – Buakaw, saenchai, Askerov, just to name a couple. Loved using the equipment – Funk

    - Thanks – lol – I totally have mediorcre skills, if that. It was just a fun training session, not even for a fight. also this was the final round of 5 rounds and after 2 hours of training…but you are right.
Oh, and in no way am I a kickboxer, so comparison is not needed. I’ve never kickboxed in my life. although I have had a Muay Thai fight in Thailand – see vid posted – anyways thank you so much for your comment and if you are interested in conditioning FunkMMA website – Funk R

Very mediocre skills. Strictly speaking kickboxing not thaiboxing . At your amateur hobbyist level Orono should be working your range first with push kicks grapple knee and elbow.

Hey Revolution, First thanks for the props. I appreciate it.
    To address your questions:
    1. For soreness, lots of stretching, rest and clean nutrition, a Thai massage doesn’t hurt either. As for pain, you get use to it. If you can’t take the pain when you are training, you will never be able to take the “LICKS” you get in the ring. Your body gets conditioned to the strikes, etc
    2. The sound is very common with pad holders in Thailand. I am not sure why they do it though

I have two questions and one compliment.
1.) What do you use for soreness and pain? That much pressure exerted over such a small area is bound to create an unpleasant sensation, especially with the frequency and speed of the strikes.
2.) That sound he’d doing. Is it apart of the language, or a cue on how and when to strike? it seems to be constant yet changing according to where he holds the pads.
    Compliment:
You’re a beast and you’re starting to scare me. Please stop raising the bar so high :(

Hey an7 – No I will be training fighters to help with their strength and conditioning , but not fighting MMA – too old and there is just too much to learn…MMA fighters are incredible athletes and martial arts technicians
